If your account has been used without permission, you have been overcharged, or you have experienced issues using our site, you can speak to a member of staff about a refund. You can also request reimbursement if you have not received the experience you hoped for when singing up.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt in most circumstances. We will send an email confirming your request to the account we have on file. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
